SWOT Analysis

What is a SWOT Analysis?
SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method, used to analyse and evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Employing this analysis to a business environment can help the company to predict internal and external factors, which can be identified as either, favourable or unfavourable to achieve their goals.
